The following Architectural Guidelines were designed to ensure that the quality and integrity of the community is maintained in order to create a high visual appearance which will protect property valued now and in the future.

Pinnacle Ridge Estates Architectural Guidelines
Stage 2 & 3 Summary
Minimum square footage:
- 1,800 sq. ft Bungalow
- 2,500 sq. ft. 1 & 1/2 Split or 2 story with
1,500 sq. ft. on main floor
Stage 4 & 5 Summary
Minimum square footage:
- 2,000 sq. ft Bungalow
- 3,000 sq. ft. 1 & 1/2 Split or 2 story with
1,500 sq. ft. on main floor
Stage 6 Summary
Minimum square footage:
- 2,500 sq. ft Bungalow on Main Floor
(Bonus Room Not Included) - 1 & 1/2 Story – 3,500 sq. ft.
(Minimum 2,500 sq. ft. on Main Level)
2 Story – 4,000 sq. ft.
(Minimum 2,000 sq. ft. on Main Level) - Roof Pitch min flat or 3-1/2
- Take as long as you want before you start building and once started, exterior must be completed in 12 months.
